At SIAM INDUSTRIAL EQUIPMENT, we are committed to conducting business with the highest standards of integrity, transparency, and professionalism. This Payment and Shipment Policy has been developed to clearly define our procedures, responsibilities, and expectations related to payments, logistics, and delivery of industrial equipment. By establishing a structured and well-documented process, we aim to protect the interests of both SIAM INDUSTRIAL EQUIPMENT and our customers, while ensuring smooth, efficient, and secure transactions.
This policy applies to all sales transactions unless otherwise agreed in writing and formally documented in a Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA).
SIAM INDUSTRIAL EQUIPMENT maintains a clear and transparent payment policy to ensure mutual trust, accountability, and efficient transaction handling. Our payment procedures are designed to minimize financial risk, provide full traceability, and ensure clarity at every stage of the purchasing process.
All payments are processed in accordance with agreed contractual terms and supported by formal documentation. No shipment or release of equipment will take place without compliance with the agreed payment terms.
SIAM INDUSTRIAL EQUIPMENT accepts bank transfer only as the approved method of payment.
This policy is strictly enforced to ensure:
Secure and traceable transactions
Verifiable payment records
Financial transparency for both parties
Compliance with international banking and accounting standards
We do not accept:
Cash payments
Credit or debit cards
Checks
Digital wallets or cryptocurrency
Any other alternative payment methods
Payments must be made directly to the official bank account of SIAM INDUSTRIAL EQUIPMENT as stated on the issued invoice. Payments made to third-party accounts or through unapproved methods will not be recognized.
Before any payment is requested, SIAM INDUSTRIAL EQUIPMENT works closely with the customer to confirm and agree on all commercial and logistical terms. This collaborative process ensures full alignment and avoids misunderstandings.
Key elements confirmed prior to payment include:
Final equipment specifications and configuration
Quantity and technical details
Agreed purchase price and currency
Delivery location and destination
Incoterms® (if applicable)
Shipping method and logistics scope
Estimated delivery timeline
Only after these details are mutually agreed upon will SIAM INDUSTRIAL EQUIPMENT proceed to formal contract documentation.
Once pricing and delivery terms are finalized, SIAM INDUSTRIAL EQUIPMENT prepares a Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA).
The SPA serves as the legally binding document governing the transaction and includes, but is not limited to:
Description and specifications of the equipment
Purchase price and payment terms
Shipment terms and delivery obligations
Transfer of risk and responsibility
Inspection, documentation, and compliance requirements
Responsibilities of both SIAM INDUSTRIAL EQUIPMENT and the customer
The SPA must be reviewed, agreed upon, and signed by both parties before any payment is initiated. No invoice will be issued, and no production, preparation, or shipment will begin until the SPA is fully executed.
Upon receipt of the signed SPA, SIAM INDUSTRIAL EQUIPMENT will issue an official invoice to the customer. The invoice will clearly state:
Invoice number and date
Equipment description
Total amount payable
Currency of payment
Bank account details
Payment deadline and terms
All payments must be made strictly in accordance with the invoice instructions. Any bank charges, transfer fees, or intermediary costs must be borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Equipment preparation, packing, export documentation, and shipment scheduling will proceed only after full payment has been received, unless the SPA specifies alternative payment milestones.
All equipment sold by SIAM INDUSTRIAL EQUIPMENT is shipped from Laem Chabang Port, Thailand, unless otherwise specified in the SPA.
Laem Chabang is Thailand’s primary deep-sea port and a major international logistics hub, allowing efficient access to global shipping routes.
Shipment arrangements are conducted in accordance with the agreed delivery terms, which may include:
EXW (Ex Works)
FOB (Free On Board)
CFR / CIF (Cost and Freight / Cost, Insurance and Freight)
Other Incoterms® as mutually agreed
The scope of SIAM INDUSTRIAL EQUIPMENT’s responsibility for logistics, insurance, and customs clearance will be clearly defined in the SPA.
SIAM INDUSTRIAL EQUIPMENT ensures that all equipment is packed appropriately for international transport, taking into consideration the nature of the equipment, shipping method, and destination.
Standard shipment documentation may include:
Commercial invoice
Packing list
Bill of lading
Certificate of origin (if required)
Export permits or compliance documents (if applicable)
Customers are responsible for import clearance, duties, taxes, and compliance with regulations in the destination country, unless otherwise agreed.
The transfer of risk and ownership occurs in accordance with the Incoterms® stated in the SPA. Customers are advised to carefully review these terms, as they define:
The point at which risk transfers from seller to buyer
Insurance responsibilities
Freight and handling obligations
Once the equipment has been dispatched from Laem Chabang Port in accordance with the agreed terms, SIAM INDUSTRIAL EQUIPMENT is not responsible for delays caused by shipping lines, port authorities, customs inspections, or force majeure events.
Any requests for changes to payment terms, shipment schedules, or delivery details must be submitted in writing and approved by SIAM INDUSTRIAL EQUIPMENT.
Delays in payment may result in:
Postponement of shipment
Storage or handling charges
Cancellation of the order in accordance with the SPA
Cancellations are subject to the terms outlined in the SPA and may involve administrative or restocking charges.
Our payment and shipment policy reflects SIAM INDUSTRIAL EQUIPMENT’s commitment to:
Ethical business practices
